So what you're saying is a demo with 70 cars and 6 tracks sold almost as much as a full release with more than 400 cars and 3x as many tracks and a track editor. The demo is 2/3 the price with 1/3 of the content.
Demon's Souls hands down. Innovative unlike the western RPGs. All RPG's should be incorporating online, I mean it's 2010 get with the program. From what I read on Kotaku's review about WKC's online component it sounds like it might be a fun game. ME2 had the perfect opportunity to do online with you and two people doing a co-op of the missions but didn't.
Well there is the main difference between western and eastern RPG's: the west is all about profit and appeasing the LCD whereas the east do what ever they want.
MGS4 is the best RPG this generation bar none. What it isn't an RPG? Fvck you it aint. Did you see the cut scenes? The flying ship was kinda a town, moreso than anything FFXIII has. It has upgradable armour. And everyone knows you don't have stats because Solid Snake's stats have been maxed out. Think of him as the Chuck Norris of RPG's. Not an RPG my ass.
Jack's links show not much difference between the two games besides better lighting on the PS3 version. The 360 version seems a little too bright. Not really anything that really matters. But extra content is what does matter.
Isn't this the site that did the PC/360 comparisons for ME2? I think it was and find it strange that they didn't include the PC version, then again we already know who wins that battle it just would be nice to show people who don't know that there is a difference.
Rate has different meanings but if 2009 is as good as 2008 that is great. Look at 2008 the two top selling ps3 games GT:prologue and MGS4 were released that year along with resistance 3, LBP, Fallout 3 and Bioshock. Then in 2009 the lineup wasn't even half as good with the standouts being Uncharted 2, Killzone 2 and MW2. MW2 didn't even outsell GT:prologue.
Speaking of Syphon filter when are they going to release the new one? They should have put it head to head with SC:C. But I guess to be fair Sony wont steal their shine.
2 games that I really liked playing when friends were over were Thrill Kill and Poy Poy. They are probably polar opposites to one another.
If they add vehicles the I want them to add the Mechs. I think sony should get another team to take the killzone engine and make a mech game. The mech aspect was one of the most fun parts of the single player.
I traded killzone 2 and darksiders in for MAG. Killzone 2 was some of the best online I have ever played but after I got the grand valor trophy I was done. I don't regret getting rid of it because MAG is awesome and Killzone 3 is going to kill Killzone 2 in every way.
Killzone is anything but boring. Actually if I think about it, it could be boring if you sucked at it and spent the whole game waiting to respawn because you die right away.
MAG is sweet. I really would like to play Resistance 3 and killzone 3. I still have to play the beta to see if I will get BfBC2. I have MAG as my year long game. The first BFBC game looked lame but I am told it was good fun.
Insomniac has said they try to release 1 game a year for their fans. It looks like resistance 3 will he here this fall. Killzone 3 will probably come for christmas of 2011.
I may just have to boot it up this weekend.
The japanese would have to be the biggest idiots in the world to buy an xbox for MH when they know that all "exclusives" make their way to the PS3. And everyone knows that Americans are the idiots of the world. Not all Americans are idiots just the vast majority.
MS doesn't get the msrp for every copy of windows they sell. Most copies of windows 7 will be sold from new PC's being bought. New PC is about $400-$500, new windows $130 minimum. Do you think MS are getting 25% of each PC sold?
1) can disarm bombs from the other side of their doors and
2) Can run/shoot through walls.
If these two issues were fixed the game would be more balanced.
